Slinto-Tan translates as "The way of the Spirit alone." It stems it's roots deep and through pure Slinto forms. It's idealogy is that of the ancient arts, while it's techniques are those select movements that utilize all phases of the martial arts, to produce a highly technical system for greater spirituality (internal chi,) mind tranquility, and a level of skilled self defense. It's system is both Yin and Yang, internal and external, Hard for strength and endurance, yet flowing for grace and speed. Slinto Tan is a non-aggressive art, but an intercepting defensive art for both children and adults.
